Visage Ease Pro offers a practical means to access radiologic images stored on a Visage 7 server directly through an iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch. While it facilitates convenient mobile viewing, it is important to recognize that the application's functionality is contingent upon connection to a compatible Visage 7 server located within a clinical setting, practice, or accessed via a radiology service provider. Without such server access, image viewing capabilities are limited.

This application enables prompt, server-based access to DICOM images, eliminating the need for cumbersome image transfers. It can be employed effectively for educational purposes and for illustrating radiologic findings within diagnostic reports.

Radiology departments utilizing Visage 7 integrate it with Visage Ease Pro to offer referring physicians streamlined access to essential imaging data, including original images. Compared to traditional printed films or patient-distributed CDs, this solution provides a significantly more comprehensive and efficient communication platform.

Developed on a foundation of thin client streaming technology, Visage 7 distinguishes itself as the first diagnostic imaging system designed for scalable deployment—from individual practices to expansive healthcare networks. INTENDED USE

Visage Ease Pro is a mobile client application intended for viewing radiological images across various modalities including X-ray, CT, MRI, PET, SPECT, Ultrasound, and XA. It is built upon the Visage 7 platform for distributing, viewing, processing, and archiving medical images both within healthcare facilities and externally.

The application is designed exclusively for use by trained healthcare professionals. It can support physicians and medical staff by providing secure mobile access to pertinent medical images; however, all diagnostic or therapeutic decisions must remain the sole responsibility of qualified clinicians within their respective areas of expertise.

Visage Ease Pro is not meant to replace full-featured radiologic workstations. It should not be used for diagnostic or therapeutic decisions where dedicated radiologic reading environments with appropriate display hardware are available. Users must ensure that their reading environment adheres to relevant diagnostic standards and current best practices.

Furthermore, Visage Ease Pro must not be used as a primary tool for diagnosing mammography or digital breast tomosynthesis images.
